This A5 journal is a workbook for young people to set brave goals and record their brave moments. It is a wonderful way to apply the CBT coping tricks learnt in the original 'Mind Magic' book to build confidence and reduce anxiety. 

 

These coping tricks include labelling emotions, recognising their cheerleaders (support team), mindfulness, relaxation and bubble breathing, gradual exposure to anxiety-provoking situations, testing unhelpful predictions and creating brave thoughts.

 

Beautifully illustrated by talented local artist, Jay Allen.
